SPE is a desirable and attractive community. And, it is the framework of governing documents – our CC&R’s, Bylaws, and Policies and Procedures - that ensures that SPE remains a desirable and quality place to live. 

All residents must be aware of and comply with SPE’s rules and regulations. For specifics, please thoroughly read the SPE CC&R’s and the Bylaws which can be found on the Governing Documents page of this website. In addition, there are a number of documents in the Policies and Procedures section of this website with which each homeowner and resident should become familiar. You may have received some of these documents when you closed on your home.

Your Board has also developed a Summary of Guidelines by which we all owners and residents must operate and to which we all must comply. This document is linked below. It is meant to be a summary only and does not include all the guidelines that must be upheld by homeowners and residents.

And PLEASE always take the time to “ASK FIRST” before making any changes to your property or doing something in/on common areas.
